• 任职要求：
• 主要工作职责
  1.Responsible for technical and process improvement.
  负责技术和流程的优化改进。
  2. Responsible for the analysis and treatment of daily production abnormal, improve production process management.
  负责日常生产异常的分析和处理，改善生产流程管理。
  3.Responsible for process SOP draft, modification and training.
  负责工艺流程SOP的起草、修改和培训。
  4.Develop new product process, selection of tools, equipment and materials, and provide technical guidance for production.
  新产品工艺的开发，工具、设备和材料的挑选，并为生产提供技术指导。
  5.Assist in equipment test and modification to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
  协助对设备进行测试和改造，确保设备的正常运行。
  6.Assist in debugging and improving process parameters, investigate and solve the problems in production.
  协助调试和改善工艺参数，调查和解决生产中出现的问题。
  7.Responsible for analyzing and dealing with process related customer complaints负责分析和处理与工艺相关的客户投诉。
  8.Responsible for plant layout drawing, revision and management.
  负责工厂平面图的绘制、修改和管理。
  9.Participate in the verification and validation of production machine and equipment, report preparation and process data analysis.
  参与生产机器和设备的验证，报告和工艺数据分析。
  10.Learn and assist in Production management.
  学习并协助生产管理。
  11.Assist in project management.
  协助项目的管理。
  12.Coordinate activities with other department or organization. 
  与其他部门或组织协调工作。
  13.Other duties assigned by Superior.

  所需的经验和能力
  1.Bachelor’s degree, major in Electrical/Mechanical, Industry Engineering or related.
  本科学历，电气自动化、机械、工业工程或相关专业。
  2.Working experience in process improvement/project management is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  有流程改进/项目管理工作经验者优先。应届毕业生亦可。
  3.Basic English skills in both writing and speaking.
  基本的英语书写与口语能力。
  4.Teamwork spirit and positive working attitude and accountability.
  具有团队合作精神，积极的工作态度和责任感。
  5.Good team communication and collaboration skills.
  良好的团队沟通和协作能力。
